Melinda Barba
Owner/Master Stylist
With over 17+ years in the industry, Melinda is a Redken certified colorist specializing in blonding, lived in color and extensions and is a current educator for one of the leading brands in hair extensions. She proudly opened the doors to Hello Lovely in 2017 where she continues to work behind the chair and grow a passionate team of highly educated stylists, bringing luxury services to the community.
Casey Stirrett
Master Stylist
Casey is a master stylist with 15+ years experience behind the chair and an educator for a leading brand of extensions. Her career has taken her from managing and working as a blowout and bridal specialist to our full service salon, focusing in foilayage , blonding, extensions. Now accepting new extension clients.
Casey Grauzer
Stylist
With over 5 years' experience behind the chair, Casey has extensively trained with some of our industries leading brands such as Loreal professional, Redken and Karastase for intense product knowledge, technical skills and blonding certifications; her passion for education stretches beyond perfecting her craft and providing high quality services as she works closely with Redken to become a future educator herself.
Her specialties include dimensional blonding/color.
Roni Johnson
Stylist
Roni's biggest passion is for beautiful, healthy hair. With 8+ years of experience behind the chair, she’s known for creating a relaxed, detail-oriented, and memorable experiences for every client. She specializes in handcrafted cuts, modern blonding, and customized colors that reflect each individual’s unique style. Committed to excellence, she continuously advances her skills through ongoing education and training. Clients in her chair can always expect a high-level experience and extraordinary results.

An Outstanding Experience
We thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. We know that your hair is important to you, and your happiness as well as your hair's integrity is our number 1 priority. The below policies are to ensure your experience and expectations are met each returning visit.
We Require a card on file to reserve any salon appointments.
* We cannot accurately quote or consult either online or over the phone
* We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair, we would love to make adjustments for you within 10 days of your original service.
* We CANNOT perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair
*Your color, keratin or extensions service will only be guaranteed if you invest in the recommended products directly from our salon.
* Some complex or corrective color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one visit.
* No color service can be guaranteed if there is any at home/ “box color” present due to the inconsistent nature of these colors.
*Additional guests/children may not be permitted on the salon floor without a scheduled service of their own
* Please note our cancellation policy for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. We ask that you make changes or reschedule 48 hrs prior to your original service

Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged $50

Same day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed will be charged to the card on file.

No call/ No Shows will be charged 50% of scheduled service and prepayment of future appointments may be required to schedule ahead.

In the event of multiple cancellations/no show, we reserve the right to decline pre-scheduling any new services and recommend same day scheduling if available.
STORE RETURN POLICY

Hair care Items are non-refundable
If for any reason you do not love your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange or return for store credit. We cannot issue refunds back to your original method of payment. Receipt must be present and merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. Store Credit never expires
